"More Than Meets The Eye"

Sincere Fine Watches presents "More To It Than Meets The Eye"

Sincere Fine Watches and Greubel Forsey hosted an intimate dinner at Iggy’s for a selected group of Sincere’s VIPs on 6th November 2013. Mr. Stephen Forsey, co-founder of the brand flew in for one evening to share more about Greubel Forsey’s philosophy and their products with the esteemed group of watch collectors present.

On display for the first time in Singapore was Greubel Forsey’s latest timepiece, the Art Piece 1. The Art Piece 1, featuring a 30⁰ inclined double tourbillion and a nano-sculpture by British artist Willard Wigan set into its own dedicated space within the timepiece, received accolades from the media for its ingenuity in creatively blending artistic precision with technical precision. Mr. Stephen Forsey also brought in two of the latest products, that had not been showcased before to this dinner – the Double Tourbillon Asymetrique in Red Gold and the Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain with Titanium Bridges. Other pieces that were featured that evening included pieces inspired by Greubel Forsey’s 3 inventions – the Double Tourbillon Technique, the Quadruple Tourbillon, the Tourbillon 24 Secondes, as well as the GMT.

Mr. Kingston Chu, Vice-President and Managing Director for Sincere Watch Ltd, said, “Sincere has always believed in fine watchmaking, and our partnership with Greubel Forsey only serves to reinforce our message to ‘gather the brightest’ for our customers, such as yourselves. As one of the exclusive brands to Sincere, our relationship with Greubel Forsey has flourished since 2011, and I for one am constantly impressed by the craftsmanship and technical ability of each of their timepieces.”
Guests took their time to truly discover the beauty behind each Greubel Forsey timepiece, from the meticulous hand finishing throughout the timepiece to the construction of their movement and discovered a brand that truly had ‘more to it than meets the eye’.
